myaffiliate.link (“we”, “us”) provides transparent affiliate and referral link redirects and analytics. This policy explains what we collect and why. We built the product to collect as little as possible.
When you sign up we store your email address (used for magic-link sign-in) and the handle and links you create — including destination URLs, slugs, titles and notes you add. Authentication sessions may include an IP address and user-agent for account security; this is separate from click analytics.
When someone clicks one of your links we record a privacy-preserving event. We deliberately do not store raw IP addresses, cookies, or full user-agent strings. Each event contains:
Account owners may also add their own private labels or notes to these anonymous visitor IDs inside the dashboard for reporting convenience. Those labels are user-supplied, visible only within that account, and are not verified identities collected from the click itself.
To operate the redirect service, show you analytics about your own links, secure the platform and prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data or the data of people who click your links.
The app uses a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and the redirect itself sets no cookies on the people who click.
We run on Cloudflare (hosting, storage, edge network and email delivery). We use Google Web Risk to check submitted destination URLs for malware and phishing. If and when paid plans launch, payments will be handled by Stripe; we never store your card details. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Account and link data is kept while your account exists. Aggregated and per-event analytics are retained for the life of the account so you have history. When an account-deletion request is completed, its links and associated analytics are purged. Abuse reports and minimal security logs are kept only as long as needed to protect the service.

The service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We operate globally on Cloudflare’s network; your data may be processed in countries other than your own, with appropriate safeguards.
We may update this policy; we’ll revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you by email.
