Terms of Service & Acceptable Use

These terms govern your use of myaffiliate.link. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

myaffiliate.link lets you create branded redirect links (myaffiliate.link/handle/slug) that forward visitors to destinations you choose, and shows you analytics about those clicks.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18. One person or organization per account unless we agree otherwise.

3. Acceptable use

You are responsible for every destination you point a link to. You may not use the service for, or link to, any of the following:

• phishing, credential harvesting, malware, or other malicious content;
• scams, fraud, deceptive “get-rich-quick”, or impersonation of others;
• illegal goods or services, or content that infringes others’ intellectual property;
• sexually explicit or adult content, or content harmful to minors;
• spam, or distribution of links in violation of any platform’s rules;
• “cloaking” a destination behind another URL shortener to evade detection, or otherwise disguising where a link goes.

We use automated and manual review and may scan destinations. We may disable any link or suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms — immediately and without notice where needed to protect users or the domain’s reputation.

4. Affiliate disclosures

Using a transparent domain helps, but it does not replace your own legal obligations. You are responsible for making clear and conspicuous affiliate/endorsement disclosures wherever you share links, as required by the FTC and other applicable laws.

5. Plans & billing

During early access the service is provided free. Paid plans (currently planned at $10/month) will be billed through Stripe; we’ll give notice before charging begins. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If a subscription lapses or a payment fails, we may pause or disable your links while retaining your data and dashboard access.

6. Availability

We work hard on uptime but provide the service “as is” without guarantees of availability, specific results, click volumes, or affiliate earnings.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the platform.

8. Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
